About your appointment
Did you include additional informations about your device in notes ? If you didn’t mention about type of device, the problem you have and the color of your phone, we may not be able to help you when you arrive, as we may not have replacement parts.
In some cases we may contact you for changes. If you want to change time of your booking or cancel your booking, please let us know. If you expect your device to be fixed same day, please bring it at least 1 hour before our closing time. Battery replacement takes around 30 minutes and broken screen replacement takes between 1 hour – 2 hours.
The booking does not guarantee that we have replacement parts ready for your visit. We have 90% of parts needed to repair listed problems but if you expect while you wait service, please contact us to confirm if that is possible.
In some situations when you want to be sure that we have replacement parts for your visit, we may ask to pay deposit or full payment to secure replacement parts for your phone. Some services are more popular than other and the status with parts availability can change within hours. First served are customers who already paid for the service and those who have just visited the store for repair.
