Before You Send

1. Although we leave your device’s internal storage untouched, it is always recommended to do the backup.

2. Include the password / PIN / pattern lock with your phone or remove it. You can also factory reset, create second user or guest account. We just need to test your device after repair.

3. Remove memory card and the SIM card from your phone but include the SIM card tray. For other devices, remember to remove the memory cards.

4. Don’t include accessories, send us just the device.

5. Make pictures of outside of your device for your reference (optional).

5. Pack your device with bubble wrap, put the order number on top of the parcel and your return address at the back.

 

Confirm Your Order

1. Review your order, choose the shipping option and when ready, press the Checkout button.

2. On the Checkout page, we will ask for your billing & shipping address, additional informations about your device and the payment method.

 

Shipping Options

 

Standard (mobile phones) – free delivery, return within 5 working days from the moment we receive your phone. Send with Royal Mail, Insured up to £500. Tracking number available.

Tablets and Laptops Standard – 2-3 working days, costs £15 for tablets and £29 for laptops.

Express – Return for the next day from the moment we received and fix your phone. Sometimes we may need an extra day. Insured up to £500. Costs £19 for phones, 29 for tablets and laptops.

Collection – collect the device in person after the repair.

Diagnostic & Water Damage RepairsExpress repairs are not available but we can give this type repair a priority. It just takes so much time to disassemble the device, inspect, wash, dry and valuate the damage. We will still do it much faster than any other place but cannot guarantee 1 day turnaround.

When will I get my phone repaired ?

We need your shipping address before we can give you an accurate delivery estimate. We’ll provide delivery dates when you enter your shipping information during checkout. Learn more about “How it Works ?” or just give us a call.

Can I pay for the service at the Store ?

Yes. you can use the website for just placing the order or contacting us, then bring your phone and pay for repair when it is done. You can also send your phone, then collect it and pay in person when it is ready. You’ll see more options during the checkout process. Learn more about How it Works ? 

What payment methods can I use ?

You can pay in a variety of ways, including debit cards, PayPal, payments over the phone and cash on collection in our Store. Some customers may qualify for other forms of payment.  

How is sales tax determined for my order ?

All our prices include tax. Your invoice will not reflect a total tax but it will be included in total price you paid for the service and delivery.

Do you offer discounts for multiple orders ?

We offer discounts for multiple orders, returning customers and some other cases. For more information give us a call and we may provide you with a coupon code.

Do you sell phones or laptops ?

We occasionally sell new or used phones or laptops and we sell them in the Store but we may enable buying option on the website if you ask.
