1. Backup your data if possible. We leave your device’s internal storage untouched so it is optional.
2. Remove the passcode / password or include it with your phone so we can test the phone after repair.
3. Remove the Sim Card and micro SD card.
4. Don’t include any accessories.
5. Write the Order Number or your name on the outside of the box.

When will I get my phone repaired ?
We need your shipping address before we can give you an accurate delivery estimate. We’ll provide delivery dates when you enter your shipping information during checkout. Learn more about “How it Works ?” or just give us a call.
Can I pay for the service at the Store ?
Yes. you can use the website for just placing the order or contacting us, then bring your phone and pay for repair when it is done. You can also send your phone, then collect it and pay in person when it is ready. You’ll see more options during the checkout process. Learn more about How it Works ?
What payment methods can I use ?
You can pay in a variety of ways, including debit cards, PayPal, payments over the phone and cash on collection in our Store. Some customers may qualify for other forms of payment.
How is sales tax determined for my order ?
All our prices include tax. Your invoice will not reflect a total tax but it will be included in total price you paid for the service and delivery.
Do you offer discounts for multiple orders ?
We offer discounts for multiple orders, returning customers and some other cases. For more information give us a call and we may provide you with a coupon code.
Do you sell phones or laptops ?
We occasionally sell new or used phones or laptops and we sell them in the Store but we may enable buying option on the website if you ask.
