How to identify your tablet ?
The model of your Samsung Galaxy Tab tablet can be identified through the Apple website by the serial number. The model of your device can be found at the back of your tablet. It should look like Txxx, for example T510.
If you still have problems with recognising model of your tablet, just bring it, send us an e-mail or call.

Ways to deliver our services:

Our technician will run an initial diagnostic to confirm the problem and lets the job begin! The repair should not take more than time agreed.

Tablet checklist before you post it
1. Backup your files if possible. We leave your tablet’s data untouched, so this is optional.
2. Remove the passcode / password or include it with your phone so we can test the phone after repair.
3. Remove SIM card and micro SD card.
4. Please don’t include any accessories.
5. Write the Order Number or your name on the outside of the package.

Difference between front glass and the screen repair ?
If your Galaxy Tab has the front glass broken, the touchscreen still works fine and the LCD display is still fully functional, please choose the front glass repair. If you cannot see anything on the screen, it is clearly the LCD problem and we need to replace both (the front glass probably will break when we heat it to get to the LCD). Some of models (Galxy Tb Note) have laminated the front glass and the LCD and we have to replace both in any case. This is why the screen repair and front glass repair those costs the same.
